A Candy Shop 2nd Birthday Party …

 In Recipes

I honestly didn’t know so many people were interested in my kids, but you guys have amazed me! First of all, thank you so much for all the birthday wishes for my two angels (tomorrow they will be devils again, I’m sure) and thank you so much for asking for pics of the party. I really didn’t even think of posting them here as I didn’t think anyone would be interested LOL ! So this is quite a personal post but after the amount of e-mails I got, I just couldn’t say no.

One thing you need to know about me, is that I am a serial party planner. I think I was born to plan parties and the moment the twins’ Polkadot Fun 1st birthday party was over and done with, I started thinking of the 2nd Party already. Yes, I’m crazy! But I just absolutely love all the details that go into event planning. I decided on a Vintage Candy Shoppe theme about 6 months ago and then started researching. I decided the theme would be red and white with a touch of green here and there. So here you are. Hope you enjoy!

Being a general food freak has proven to be quite helpful in this career I've found myself in. Author of two cookbooks, photographer, food stylist. Mom to twins. Ex make-up and hair artist obsessed with beautiful clothes and spaces. I love a good G&T and I've been known to spend too much money on shoes.

Ok, not only are your babies totally adorable but good GRIEF, that’s an incredible party spread!! I may be 25 but heck, I’d like to do a similar theme for my next birthday! (obviously with Linda’s Wine Cellar and Ye Olde Malt & Liquor Store present as well!)
