White Chocolate - Cigar truffles for my Sweet

Ingredients

ml
cream
1
cherry cigar
crumbled
400
g
good quality white chocolate
2
tablespoons
salted butter
icing sugar
for dusting
Instructions
Heat the cream and the broken up cigar in a small saucepan until just starting to bubble then remove and allow to infuse for a few minutes.
Strain the cream and discard the cigar.
Place the cream and the white chocolate in a double boiler and gently heat until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add the butter and stir until the mixture is glossy and all the butter has been incorporated.
Transfer to a clean bowl and place in the fridge to set (2-3 hours).
When the mixture is firm, scoop out balls with a small melon baller or a teaspoon and place on a plate lined with baking paper.
Place back in the fridge to allow to firm up.
When ready to serve, dust with icing sugar.
The truffles will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
