Turkey BLT club sandwich with jalapeno mayo
Use your Thanksgiving leftovers to make this turkey BLT club sandwich with tangy jalapeno mayo. After all, what's better than a leftovers sandwich?

for the jalapeno mayo
- 1 cup mayonnaise I used Hellmanns
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos finely chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt to taste
for the sandwich
- sliced bread of your choice toasted
- leftover turkey sliced
- crisp streaky bacon
- fresh tomatoes sliced
To make the mayo, combine the ingredients and mix well.
To assemble the sandwich, spread the jalapeno mayo on a slice of bread then top with lettuce, tomato, turkey and bacon.
Top with another slice of bread and repeat. Close the sandwich with another jalapeno mayo-slathered slice of toast.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
