Turkey BLT club sandwich with jalapeno mayo
Use your Thanksgiving leftovers to make this turkey BLT club sandwich with tangy jalapeno mayo. After all, what's better than a leftovers sandwich?

Ingredients
for the jalapeno mayo
1
cup
mayonnaise
I used Hellmanns
2
tablespoons
pickled jalapenos
finely chopped
1-2
teaspoons
lemon juice
salt
to taste
for the sandwich
sliced bread of your choice
toasted
leftover turkey
sliced
crisp streaky bacon
lettuce
fresh tomatoes
sliced
Instructions
To make the mayo, combine the ingredients and mix well.
To assemble the sandwich, spread the jalapeno mayo on a slice of bread then top with lettuce, tomato, turkey and bacon.
Top with another slice of bread and repeat. Close the sandwich with another jalapeno mayo-slathered slice of toast.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
