Healthy leftover turkey Caesar wrap

Use your Thanksgiving/Christmas leftovers to make this delicious, healthy turkey Caesar wrap. The no-egg Caesar dressing adds new life to leftover roast turkey.

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups leftover roast turkey/roast chicken shredded
  • 2 large wraps/tortillas
  • lettuce
  • avocado
  • cucumber
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Combine the Caesar dressing with the shredded turkey/chicken.
  • Season to taste.
  • Heat the wraps/tortillas to make them more pliable (I just do this in a warm pan) then add the lettuce, turkey/chicken and vegetables.
  • Tuck in the sides and roll into a tight wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve.
