Ingredients
500
g
feta cheese
1
garlic clove
peeled
zest and juice from 1 lemon
1-2
red chillies
roughly chopped
small handful fresh mint leaves
pepper to taste
1/2
cup
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until everything is roughly chopped.
With the motor running, pour in the olive oil and blend until the dip is well blended and everything is finely chopped.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve.
