Pink Watermelon Lemonade

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 3 cups watermelon pureed


  • Bring the water, lemon juice and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Make sure all the sugar has dissolved and remove from the heat.
  • Allow the lemon syrup to cool before adding the pureed watermelon.
  • When ready to serve, strain through a sieve and serve over ice. Top up with soda water if desired.
