Ingredients

water

lemon juice
1.5
cups
sugar

watermelon
pureed
Instructions
Bring the water, lemon juice and sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Make sure all the sugar has dissolved and remove from the heat.
Allow the lemon syrup to cool before adding the pureed watermelon.
When ready to serve, strain through a sieve and serve over ice. Top up with soda water if desired.
