Smoked Salmon & Dill Pâté

  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g plain cream cheese
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • salt & white pepper to taste


  • Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until the mixture is well blended and as smooth as you'd like it.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Pour into bowls/jars and refrigerate until set.
  • Serve with bread/crackers of your choice.
