chilli flakes/red pepper flakes

corn starch / cornflour

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Pour over stir fry and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy, clinging to the stir fry ingredients.
