Ingredients

bread of your choice
sourdough/country loaf
200
g (7oz)
Brie cheese
½
cup
cranberry sauce
fresh rosemary
1
tbsp
olive oil
salt
to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F.
With a sharp bread knife, slice the bread into a diamond pattern, taking care not to cut all the way through the bottom.
Cut the Brie cheese into chunks (not too thick or they'll be too big to fit into the bread).
Spread the cranberry sauce in between the cut pieces of bread then add chunks of brie.
Add a few sprigs of rosemary then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Place on a sheet pan.
Cover the bread loosely with foil and place in a hot oven.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the brie is completely melted then serve immediately.
