For the salad

cups
salad greens
½
red onion
thinly sliced

avocado
sliced

g (3oz)
goat's cheese
roughly crumbled/sliced
Lemon dressing
Instructions
Slice the broccoli into florets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill over high heat (or in a grill pan) until just cooked and caramelized.
Scatter the salad greens into a large bowl or serving platter then top with the grilled broccoli.
Slice red onion thinly and slice/chop the avocado.
Add red onion, avocado and chunks of soft goat's cheese to the leaves and broccoli.
Make the dressing of your choice and pour over the salad then serve.
