If your chicken wings are whole, split them by cutting the drumette from the flat. Use a sharp knife or kitchen shears and carefully cut in between the joint.
Place the wings in a bowl. In a bowl or mixing jug, whisk together the oil, lemon juice and seasonings.
Pour over the chicken wings, mix until well combined then cover and marinate for 20 minutes.
Grill the wings over medium heat (on an outdoor barbecue/grill/braai or in a grill pan) until golden brown and cooked through (approximately 20-30 minutes).
Remove from the heat, drizzle over lemon juice and serve.
