Combine harissa, lemon juice, honey and salt and mix well.
Peel and cube the sweet potato and chop the onion.
Place in a large bowl and season with olive oil, salt and 2 tablespoons of the harissa mix.
Place in a large sheet pan. Season the chicken on both sides with salt then brush over the remaining harissa, making sure each piece is liberally covered. Place the chicken in between the vegetables.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and allow to bake for 30-40 minutes until the sweet potatoes and chicken are caramelized and cooked through.
Remove from the oven then garnish with coriander/cilantro and fresh chopped chillies.
