Ingredients

watermelon
2
cups
lychee juice / litchi juice
(alternatively use canned lychees with their canning juice)
½
cup
fresh basil leaves
1-2
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Cube and freeze watermelon in freezer bags for at least 6 hours.
Blend the watermelon with lychee juice or canned lychees (along with their syrup), a handful of fresh basil and a generous squeeze of lemon juice.
Blend until smooth then pour into serving glasses and serve.
If you're prefer to have no pulp in the mocktail, simply strain before serving.
