Ingredients
800
g (1½lb)
fresh fish fillets
I used hake but any white fish will work.

tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
cajun seasoning
1
tsp
smoked paprika
½
tsp
garlic powder
1
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice the fish into portions then place in the air fryer basket.
In a small bowl, mix together the oil, spices and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Spoon the cajun-spiced oil over the fish, coating each piece thoroughly.
Air fry the fish at 200?/400? for 8-10 minutes until the fish is caramelized on the outside and opaque and fork tender on the inside.
Remove the fish from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges and side dishes of your choice.
