Easy oven baked fries
Crispy oven baked fries are so easy and delicious served with creamy fry sauce. The perfect side dish or gluten-free snack.

Ingredients

large
potatoes
sliced into fries
3
tbsp
vegetable oil
2
tsp
salt
For the fry sauce
½
cup
mayonnaise
2-3
tbsp
ketchup
1
tsp
Tobasco
(optional)
2-3
tsp
pickle juice
(add a teaspoon at a time, taste and adjust)
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC/390ºF.
Toss the sliced potatoes with the oil and salt. Spread the fries onto a large baking pan/sheet in a single layer and place into the oven.
Allow to bake for 20-30 minutes then flip and continue to bake for another 20-30 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crisp all around.
In the meantime, combine all the ingredients for the fry sauce and mix well.
When the fries are baked, remove from the oven and serve with the fry sauce.
