Ingredients

cucumber

For the dressing
1-2
tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice

tsp
dried oregano
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Peel and slice the cucumber into coins and add to a bowl. Slice the tomatoes and red onion and add to the cucumber.
Mix together all the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
Toss well and serve.
