Combine the marinade ingredients then marinate the chicken and steak (separately) for up to 24 hours, but ideally no less than 10 minutes.
Grill the steak and chicken until cooked to your preference.
Make the salsa and guacamole according to recipe instructions.
Use your biggest board or serving platter and add the sliced steak and chicken (or any other protein you're serving). Add bowls of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Add the warmed tortillas, sliced avocado, onion and lime.
