Ingredients

g (1½lbs)
mushrooms
½
cup
melted butter
6
garlic cloves
finely chopped/crushed
pinch of chilli flakes
(optional)

chopped parsley

tsp
dried oregano

lemon juice
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Place the mushrooms in a sheet pan.
Pour over the melted butter then add the garlic, herbs, chilli flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place the mushrooms in the oven and allow to roast for 10-15 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve.
