Ingredients

g (28oz)
puff pastry
I use 400g frozen puff pastry rolls which I allow to thaw overnight in the fridge.

cocktail sausages

tbsp
Dijon mustard
(Optional)

Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll each thawed puff pastry out on a lightly floured surface to approximately ½cm thick. Cut each sheet of pastry into 16 even squares.
Brush each piece of pastry with Dijon mustard (if using) then top with a cocktail sausage.
Roll to encase the sausage with pastry.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Place the pigs in a blanket in the oven and allow to bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Remove from the oven, allow to rest for 10 minutes then serve.
