Blend chipotle peppers (with the adobo sauce), honey, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt together until smooth.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels then place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour over the marinade.
Toss to coat the chicken wings then allow to marinade for at least 20 minutes but ideally overnight, covered in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC/390ºF and line two sheet pans with parchment paper or foil.
Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and brush liberally with the marinade.
Place in the oven and allow to bake for 15 minutes until caramelized then turn over the chicken wings.
Baste with the marinade and bake for another 10-15 minutes until sticky and cooked through. Remove from the oven and serve.
