Crudité platter with easy sour cream dip

Healthy appetizers are few and far between but with this Crudité platter with easy sour cream dip, you can indulge without the guilt.

Ingredients

Sour cream dip

  • 2 cups sour cream/Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp chives chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Crudité platter

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Raw baby carrots
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • Peppers sliced
  • Baby corn

Instructions

Sour cream dip

  • To make the dip, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 20 minutes. 
  • To assemble the crudite platter, arrange the raw vegetables around the bowl of sour cream dip on a serving dish/platter and serve. 

Notes

The Crudité platter can be made up to 2 hours ahead and kept tightly wrapped in the fridge until ready to serve.
