Ingredients

apples
approximately 6-8 apples

For the crumble
½
cup
melted butter
1
cup
flour
1/3
cup
brown sugar
pinch of salt
Instructions
Peel the apples, remove the cores and slice into thin slices.
Add the apple slices to a large bowl then add a splash of water, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Stir to mix well then transfer the apple mixture to ramekins and place in an air fryer basket.
Air fry the apples for 15 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF until the apple are fork tender.
While the apples are cooking make the crumble topping.
Mix melted butter, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt together with a fork until crumbly in texture.
Top the apples with the crumble mixture then air fry for another 10 minutes until the crumble is golden brown and crisp.
Remove from the air fryer then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Greek yogurt for a healthier alternative.
