Air Fryer French Toast

Ingredients

8 thick slices of brioche bread
6 eggs
⅓ cup cream
pinch of salt
2 tsp honey

Instructions

Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, honey and a pinch of salt.
Using a sharp bread knife, slice the bread into thick fingers or slices.
Place a few pieces of bread into the custard at a time and allow to soak for a few seconds.
Remove the bread from the custard and place into the lined air fryer basket.
Spray with oil then air fry for 4-5 minutes at 205°C/400°F, flipping over halfway through cooking, until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
Remove then dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
