Ingredients

salmon fillets
(4x 150g/5oz fillets)

lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F/200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared pan, skin-side down, then season lightly with salt.
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings in a small bowl.
Pour over the salmon.
Place the salmon in the oven and allow to bake for 7-10 minutes until the salmon is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve.
