Ingredients

cups
watermelon
cubed
4
cups
cold water
¼
cup
fresh lime juice
(approximately 2 limes)

tbsp
sweetener
to taste
Instructions
Combine the cubed watermelon, water, lime juice and sweetener to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher/serving jug.
Pour the watermelon Agua Fresca into glasses filled with ice and garnish with watermelon slices, lime slices and fresh mint sprigs.
