Ingredients

cups
cooked turkey
shredded
3
cups
grated cheese

tbsp
cranberry sauce

tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
2
tsp
dried sage
1
tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper

samosa wrappers
3
tbsp
flour
2
tbsp
water
oil
for frying
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a large bowl, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Lay the samosa pastry out in front of you, lengthwise.
Add a spoonful of filling to the bottom of the pastry then make a few diagonal folds to encase the filling in the pastry.
Mix the flour and water together and use a little of the paste to seal the edges.
Heat neutral oil in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat and once hot, add the samosas in batches.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and allow to drain on paper towel.
Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
