Ingredients

ripe tomatoes

olive oil

lemon juice
salt and black pepper
to taste
crusty bread
to serve
chopped chives
to serve
Instructions
Grate the tomatoes into a bowl using a box grater.
Add olive oil and lemon juice then season generously with salt and black pepper.
Grill/toast the bread using a grill pan or under the broiler of your oven then rub with a garlic clove you've cut in half.
Spoon the tomato over the crusty bread and serve immediately.
