cream cheese

smoked salmon ribbons
Instructions
Place the hashbrowns in an air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 400°F/205°C, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden.
To make the cream cheese, whip the cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the chives and seasonings.
Slice the smoked salmon into slices and roll into a little rose.
Once cooked, spread or pipe a little of the cream cheese onto each hashbrown.
Top with a salmon rose, a sprinkle of chives and serve with lemon wedges.
