Nothing screams party as much as a big jug of Margaritas. To add sophistication to this easy recipe use Rose’s Lemon Cordial and it can be made in minutes.

Easy Margaritas

Easy MargaritasDon’t you just love a good Margarita? Frosty, salt-rimmed and full of those juicy citrus flavours? Margaritas have always been my favourite cocktail and I would be lying if I told you I didn’t order them every.single.time we go out for Mexican food. I would be lying even more if I told you that I haven’t made these easy Margaritas for a crowd more than once in the last few weeks. Easy Margaritas that can be made in less than 5 minutes? Yes please!

Easy Margaritas

Easy MargaritasThe key to these easy Margaritas is to use Rose’s lemon cordial. You guys, this stuff is SO good. Full of bright, zingy, lemon flavours and the perfect addition to cocktails. We all love it with soda water and ice for a thirst quenching treat but here we’ve used it to make my favourite cocktail even easier. The Rose’s lemon cordial adds just the right amount of sweetness to the Margaritas without the need of simple syrup (which is often used) and along with fresh lime juice, tequila, triple sec and crushed ice, creates a cocktail to drool over.
