Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Crispy Air fryer potato wedges are easy to make and delicious seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic powder and black pepper.

Ingredients

potatoes

tbsp
olive oil
2
tsp
salt
1
tsp
smoked paprika
1
tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
black pepper
½
tsp
chilli flakes
Instructions
Slice potatoes into wedges using a sharp knife and cutting board.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Slice each half into four wedges.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil and seasonings.
Toss to coat, making sure each piece of potato is coated in spices.
Transfer the potato wedges to the air fryer basket then air fry at 200ºC/400ºF for 15-20 minutes.
If the potatoes brown too fast, turn the temperature down to 180ºC/350ºF.
Cook until the potatoes are fork tender and fluffy on the inside but crisp on the outside, turning them over half way through cooking.
Remove the crispy potato wedges from the air fryer then sprinkle over chopped herbs and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
