Place the chicken wings on a cutting board then pat dry with paper towels.
Mix the spices together in a small bowl then sprinkle over the chicken wings, making sure both sides are covered.
Transfer the wings to the air fryer basket in an single layer then air fry at 400°F/205°C for 15-20 minutes, turning over half way through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
Make the buffalo sauce by combining the hot sauce, melted butter and a teaspoon of honey in a small saucepan and melting together over medium heat.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl, pour over the buffalo sauce and toss to coat.
Serve the wings with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing and celery sticks.
