Place the flour and breadcrumbs in separate bowls then season with the salt, pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder (splitting the spices between the two).
Beat the eggs into a third bowl.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides then coat first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs.
For a thicker coating, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer then spray with olive oil or cooking spray and air fry at 390°F/200°C for 15 minutes.
Flip the pork chops over half way through cooking and cook until the pork chops are crisp, golden and cooked through.
Remove from the air fryer then serve with lemon wedges and your choice of side dishes.
