Instructions
Place softened butter in a small bowl then mince the fresh garlic cloves.
I like to use a microplane for this but you can use a sharp knife or garlic crusher too.
Add the minced garlic to the butter with the herbs, grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper. If using salted butter, you don't need to add salt.
Slice the loaf in half, lengthwise, then spread the garlic butter mixture onto each piece of bread.
Grate over a little more cheese.
Place the bread in the air fryer basket.
Air fry garlic bread for 4-5 minutes at 400°F/200°C until crisp and golden.
Remove from the air fryer, slice, sprinkle with fresh parsley then serve.
Notes
If you want to make individual servings, slice the bread into thick slices and air fry the sliced bread for a minute to crisp up one side then flip over, spread over the garlic mixture and air fry until crisp and golden.
