Ingredients

g (14oz)
frozen puff pastry
thawed
400
g (14oz)
cocktail sausages
1
egg
beaten with 2 tbsp water for egg wash
Topping (optional)

tbsp
everything bagel seasoning
2
tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cut thawed puff pastry into 2-3cm/1in strips.
Roll each sausage in the pastry then brush with egg wash.
Combine the everything seasoning with grated Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the cheesy mixture over each pig in a blanket.
Transfer the pigs in a blanket to the air fryer basket (make sure there's a little space in between them for the pastry to puff up).
Air fry for 18 minutes at 185°C/365°F until the pastry is crisp and golden.
Remove from the air fryer then serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
