This air fryer rotisserie chicken has become my go-to whole chicken recipe. With crispy, golden skin and juicy meat, it's the easiest way to replicate rotisserie chicken at home.

3lb (1.5kg)whole chickengiblets removed from the cavity
2tbspolive oil

Instructions
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels on both sides.
Pour the oil over the chicken and rub into the skin.
Sprinkle over the seasoning, ensuring the entire chicken is covered and remember to season the cavity too.
Place the chicken, breast side down, in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and cook for another 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken until the skin is crisp and golden and the internal temperature reaches 162°F/72°C on a meat thermometer.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer then allow to rest for 10 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
