Ingredients

  • 2 lb (1kg) sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Peel and cube the sweet potatoes then add to a large bowl.
  • Drizzle over the olive oil then season with the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat then transfer the sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the sweet potatoes at 375°F/190°C for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Drizzle over the honey and air fry for another 5 minutes until starting to caramelize.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve.
