Ingredients

blue cheese
crumbled

cup
sour cream
1-2
tbsp
buttermilk

tbsp
chives
finely chopped
1-2
tsp
lemon juice
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Crumble the blue cheese and add to a mixing bowl.
Add the sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well then add a few tablespoons of buttermilk to thin out the dressing to your desired consistency.
