is the easiest sauce to make at home. Packed with flavor, it's the perfect dip with tortilla chips and is delicious on everything from chicken taco bowls to quesadillas, enchiladas and tacos.

Ingredients

cilantro/fresh coriander

garlic cloves
1-2
jalapeños
remove the seeds if you prefer a milder sauce

sour cream / Greek yogurt

oil
avocado oil/extra-virgin olive oil

tsp
lime juice
salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or in a blender then blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
