Ingredients

cauliflower florets

olive oil

smoked paprika

garlic powder

Instructions
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl then pour over the olive oil.
Add all the seasonings then toss well to make sure all the cauliflower florets are coated in the spices.
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F/190°C then add the cauliflower in a single layer.
Air fry the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
Shake the air fryer basket half way through, ensuring the cauliflower is evenly cooked until the cauliflower is golden and crisp on the edges.
You'll know the cauliflower is cooked when the stems are easily pierces with a sharp knife.
Remove from the air fryer and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
