Ingredients

g (4 small)
bananas

eggs

any milk of your choice

brown sugar
maple syrup or honey work too

vanilla extract

avocado oil/melted butter

g (2¾ cups)
rolled oats

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and grease a baking dish (12x8in/30x20cm).
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas then whisk in the eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar.
Stir in the oats, baking powder and salt then mix to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish then place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into 8 even pieces.
Serve the warm baked oatmeal drizzled with melted peanut butter (optional), sliced bananas and blueberries.
