Ingredients

g (21oz)
Brussels Sprouts
2
tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
salt
½
tsp
pepper
2
garlic cloves
minced
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
+ more for serving
Instructions
Remove any blemished leaves on the outside of the sprouts and slice off any browning edges.
Halve the Brussels sprouts then add to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle over the olive oil and season with salt and pepper then toss together.
Transfer to the air fryer basket then air fry at 375°F/190°C for 15 minutes.
Remove the Brussels sprouts then toss with the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
Place back in the air fryer and cook for another 5 minutes until fork tender. Remove then grate over more parmesan and serve.
