How to make buttermilk dressing
- Prepare the herbs:Â Finely chop the chives and dill and mince the garlic with a microplain or sharp knife.
- Make the dressing: Combine the buttermilk, herbs, garlic, lemon juice salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Mix until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary then serve.
Can I make this in advance?
The dressing can be made up to 2 days in advance and kept in a jar in the fridge before serving.
