How to cook honey garlic salmon

Pre-heat a pan or skillet until hot then add the salmon, skin-side down and allow to fry for 5 minutes until the skin is crisp. Carefully turn the salmon over and fry for another 2-3 minutes on the flesh-side. While the salmon is frying, whisk together honey, soy sauce (or Tamari if you’d like to keep it gluten-free), crushed garlic and lemon juice. Remove the salmon from the pan and add the honey garlic sauce. Allow the sauce to simmer and reduce for 5 minutes, then add the salmon back in the pan. Glaze the salmon with the sauce and allow to cook for another 5 minutes then remove from the pan and serve.
