- Phyllo dough / Phyllo pastry.
- Brie cheese.
- Prosciutto.
- Melted butter.
- Sesame seeds.
- Honey.
- Chilli flakes.
How to make Brie Phyllo Rolls
- Make the phyllo rolls: Lay a sheet of phyllo pastry in front of you then brush with melted butter. Place another sheet of pastry on top and flatten down. Cut the pastry into 5 strips. Place a piece of prosciutto onto the pastry followed by a cube of brie. Tuck in the sides and roll into a short spring roll. Continue with the remaining pastry. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cook the rolls: Place the rolls, seam-side down into the basket of an Airfryer. Cook on 200ºC/390ºF for 10 minutes until the rolls are crisp and golden.
- Make the chilli honey and serve: While the phyllo rolls are cooking, combine the honey with the chilli flakes and mix well. Serve the rolls drizzled with the spicy honey.
Can I make this ahead?
The rolls can be made and covered then refrigerated for up to 2 days in advance. The cooked rolls can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
Can I make these in the oven?
Absolutely. Follow the directions exactly then lay the rolls on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Allow to bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

- 2 tsp chilli flakes
