Crispy Airfryer Brie Prosciutto Phyllo Rolls

Crispy phyllo rolls stuffed with brie cheese and prosciutto cooked in an airfryer until golden brown and crisp served with chilli honey.

Airfryer Brie Prosciutto Phyllo Rolls

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough / Phyllo pastry.
  • Brie cheese. 
  • Prosciutto. 
  • Melted butter. 
  • Sesame seeds. 
  • Honey. 
  • Chilli flakes.

How to make Brie Phyllo Rolls

  1. Make the phyllo rolls: Lay a sheet of phyllo pastry in front of you then brush with melted butter. Place another sheet of pastry on top and flatten down. Cut the pastry into 5 strips. Place a piece of prosciutto onto the pastry followed by a cube of brie. Tuck in the sides and roll into a short spring roll. Continue with the remaining pastry. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  2. Cook the rolls: Place the rolls, seam-side down into the basket of an Airfryer. Cook on 200ºC/390ºF for 10 minutes until the rolls are crisp and golden.
  3. Make the chilli honey and serve: While the phyllo rolls are cooking, combine the honey with the chilli flakes and mix well. Serve the rolls drizzled with the spicy honey.

Can I make this ahead?

The rolls can be made and covered then refrigerated for up to 2 days in advance. The cooked rolls can be kept at room temperature for up to  2 hours.

Can I make these in the oven?

Absolutely. Follow the directions exactly then lay the rolls on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Allow to bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
