I recently did a really fun shoot for Food & Home Entertaining magazine which revolved around open sandwiches. I love a good sandwich and so always love receiving briefs to shoot them. These recipes appeared in the March issue of Food & Home but you can find the recipes on their website (links underneath each image).
Rye toasts with creamed avo and smoked trout.
Baguette with smoked salmon and passion fruit/Granadilla.
Brioche with thyme-roasted peaches and vanilla mascarpone.
All 3 look delicious!
