Easy Air Fryer Carrots
Air fryer carrots is a super quick and easy side dish recipe, perfect for busy weeknights. Simply seasoned and done in a flash, this is the perfect recipe to serve alongside easy main dishes like baked chicken breast.

Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Peel the carrots then slice into quarter-inch/half-centimeter slices. I like to do this at an angle to expose more surface area.
- In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Transfer the carrots to the air fryer basket then air fry at 390°F/200°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking half way through cooking, until the carrots are fork tender and starting to caramelize.
- Remove from the air fryer then serve.
