We love this super easy one-pan creamy garlic chicken served with everything from bread to rice for a simple but delicious dinner.

- Chicken. I used boneless thighs but you can use breast meat too.
- Garlic.
- Olive oil.
- Parsley.
- Sage.
- Rosemary.
- Chicken stock.
- Cream.
- Sour cream.
- Lemon juice.
- Salt and pepper.
How to make creamy garlic chicken
- Cook the chicken: Cube the chicken then place in a bowl. Generously season with salt and pepper and mix to coat the chicken. Preheat a large, deep pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil then add the chicken and allow to brown for a few minutes each side. If your pan is too small to fit all the chicken, brown the chicken in batches to avoid the pieces from steaming instead of searing. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same pan, add a tablespoon of oil then cook the garlic until fragrant. Add the herbs then pour in the chicken stock and cream. Add the sour cream and lemon juice then bring to a simmer. Allow the sauce to cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken back to the sauce and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper then serve.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g (1lb) chicken thighs cubed
- 6 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped sage
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
