Monday
Chicken Milanese with Grinder Salad
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Family-Favorite: Crispy chicken with a big refreshing salad is a match made in heaven and guarantees empty plates.
- Great for meal prep: The chicken can be breaded and either kept on parchment paper in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days or frozen and air-fried from frozen. The dressing for the salad can also be made ahead.
Tuesday
Pork Belly Tacos
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- So easy! The pork belly is baked or air fried until crisp and golden and the sauce comes together in minutes.
- Customizable: Add any of your favorite taco toppings. Salsa, pico de Gallo, charred corn, etc. are all delicious options.
Wednesday
Zucchini Risotto
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Creamy and satisfying:Â Risotto is always one of my favorite comfort foods and this one is particularly delicious.
- Add protein: Want to boost the protein a bit? Serve the risotto with seared steak, chicken breasts or roasted chicken.
Thursday
Tomato Bacon Pasta
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Family Friendly: Creamy tomato pasta with crispy bacon is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. I like adding a bit of spice to my sauce but keep it spice-free if you’re feeding littles.
Friday
Steak au Poivre
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Restaurant quality at home: Save money and make a delicious steak dinner at home.
- Versatile: Serve with crispy fries, baked potato, perfect asparagus or a big salad.
