Hello Alida. I am a big fan of your recipes! I wondered, if I freeze the chicken wings in the marinade, when I come to cook them in the air-fryer, do I need to de-frost them before cooking?
    Thanks
    Regards
    Emma ?

      Thanks so much Emma.

I would defrost them, yes. Just to make sure there isn’t excess moisture in the airfryer while cooking.
