Smashed Lamb Wraps

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Juicy and delicious: The lamb is incredibly flavorful and juicy and combined with the yogurt sauce and chopped salad makes the most delicious combination.
Easy to make: I love assembling all the wraps and stacking them in between sheets of parchment paper then prepping the sauce and salad. Once you start frying the wraps, it’s a matter of minutes before you get to feast!
